Tamara's Hair Boutique has a strict No Show/ Late Cancellation Policy due to a number of clients not coming to their appointments, as a small business this damages us, I hope you understand our time is valuable.

A text reminder is sent 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, this gives adequate time for you to reschedule and gives us time to fill the appointment slot, in future writing back NO if unable to attend to your text reminder would be greatly appreciated.

No Shows will incur 100% charge of the base rate appointment, a 3 strike system will incur a non refundable deposit to secure your appointment

Cancelling 12 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the base rate appointment, if continuous cancelling occurs, a 3 strike system will incur a non refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
